Skills for Higher History Paper 2
This section focuses on the St Andrew's Hall incident which took place in Glasgow on 9 March 1914. After reading some background information about this event, you'll be asked to answer four questions which require close reading of original newspaper reports and witness statements.
Thinking about and answering these questions will give you a chance to develop your evaluation and investigation skills and your knowledge and understanding of the women's suffrage movement. This will help to prepare you for Paper 2 in the Higher History exam.
